It seems we can’t live without the Post Office.
The U.S. Postal Service, Clorox, Google, UPS and Walmart in order are considered the “most essential” companies during COVID-19.
That’s according to a new survey of the corporate response to the pandemic released today by The Harris Poll.
Amazon, Purell, Microsoft, FedEx and CVS round out the top 10.
The companies in Harris’ “Essential 100” rankings were rated on their resolve, integrity, responsiveness and permanence.
"We've seen widespread approval of the corporate response to the pandemic – whether pivoting to different goods and services, reinforcing supply chains, or seeking cures for the deadly virus," said The Harris Poll CEO John Gerzema.
The poll was based on a representative sample of 2032 Americans between May 20 and May 22.
The full Essential 100 ranking is below.
